Expertise
- Prior art searching for trademarks and designs
- Application and review procedures up to the issuance of trademark and design certificates
- Representation before the competent offices in France, Europe and at international level (such as INPI, EUIPO, and WIPO)
- Management of a portfolio of trademarks and designs in France and abroad
- Maintenance (renewal) of trademarks, designs and domain names
- Analysis, drawing up and negotiation of contracts, licensing, partnership, coexistence, assignment, technology transfer agreements, NDAs, and generally contracts for the management and securing of intangible assets in France and abroad
