History of the firm
Important dates for BBLM Avocats
1985
Creation of the firm by Hervé Binisti, Bernard Bouquet and Claude Lassalle, specialists in tax law and company law, soon joined by François Maurel and Elisabeth Amilien-Sauvan.
The firm set up its main office in Marseille at 3 Place Félix Baret and opened a secondary office in Aix en Provence in 1986.
2004-2010
Office :
Expands its college of partners by integrating three associates in tax law and company law (Fabien de Saint-Seine, Jean-Baptiste Imbert and Laurent Roustouil), and by welcoming Bernard Dumas as fiscal law ;
Create a new advice and litigation center in labor law and social litigation with the association of Pierre Brunini and Martine Panossian.
2005-2006
The firm supports the candidacy and accompanies the Bâtonnat of Me François Maurel at the Marseille bar.
2010-2011
The firm supports the candidacy and accompanies the Bâtonnat of Me Claude Lassalle to the bar of Aix-en-Provence.
2011
Office :
Involves new employees in fiscal law and in Corporate law (Isabelle Bouquet-Pagnon, Stéphanie Gloaguen-Manenti);
Creates two new centers of competence, namely the commercial litigation and the commercial lease law with the association of Olivier Tari and Guillaume Buy.
2013
Office :
Continues to enrich its service offering by creating two new areas of specialization: Intellectual property moderated by Myriam Angelier and Contract / competition / distribution.
Strengthens the college of its partners in the litigation division, by integrating the banking litigation with Gilles Martha and in the center fiscal law with Laurent Strella.
Bernard Bouquet founder of the firm and of the division Corporate law, creates the pole restructuring / companies in difficulty and surrounds itself with a team of specialized collaborators.
To reflect the richness of its collective, the firm adopts the acronym BBLM.
2016-2018
Office :
Strengthen the restructuring center with the integration of a second partner, Remy Gomez.
Welcomes Myriam Cuvellier to complete its service offer on LBO, M&A operations and creation of investment funds.
2023
BBLM Avocats offers a multidisciplinary legal offer in 14 universes of mastered specialties.
The firm continues its development by integrating the college of partners of two lawyers:
Agathe Tartanson to strengthen the division corporate / M&A / LBO-OBO.
Thomas Gagossian in the pole restructuring.
The pole contract / competition / distribution extends to regulatory issues and is led by a new partner, Helen Coulibay-Le Gac.
The teams dedicated to the development of the Aix-en-Provence office have been strengthened with the arrival of Marianne Chevallier in Private-Equity, M&A and international.
