Matthieu joined BBLM Avocats in April 2022 after several years with Anglo-Saxon law firms in Paris.
Matthieu’s main area of practice is corporate taxation. He assists his clients, in a national or international context, with the tax aspects of restructuring, M&A and LBO transactions, as well as all aspects of tax litigation and wealth and asset taxation.
