Laurent’s practice focuses exclusively on tax law.
He advises companies and their executives on group restructuring, sales and acquisitions, and transfer of business and private assets, in both national and international environments.
He has extensive experience in real estate taxation (wealth and business assets) and is involved in structuring the acquisition, holding and sale of assets.
He assists companies and individuals in defending their interests in tax disputes (accounting audits, ESFP (assessment of personal tax situation), administrative and court actions, QPC (preliminary ruling on constitutionality)).
He chairs the Commission Fiscale de l’Ordre des Avocats of the Marseille Bar and, in this capacity, coordinates conferences for the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux in Marseille.
