Laurent works exclusively in tax law.
He advises companies and their managers on the occasion of the restructuring of groups, transfer and acquisition operations, the transmission of professional and private assets, in a national and international context.
He has significant experience in real estate taxation (assets and business) and is involved in structuring the acquisition, holding and sale of assets.
He assists companies and individuals in the defense of their interests in the event of tax litigation (accounting audit, ESFP, administrative and judicial appeals, QPC).
He chairs the Tax Commission of the Order of Lawyers at the Marseille Bar and leads, in this context, the conferences of the Institute of Tax Lawyers in Marseille.
