Isabelle BOUQUET-PAGNON, associate lawyer, and Jonathan ABOUTEBOUL, senior lawyer advised LUNE & MIEL (combining the SCOP LICA, the promoter ATTELIER BELLEVILLES and the SCIC TIERS LAB DES TRANSITIONS) on fundraising with the ANRU (National Agency for Urban Rehabilitation) for the “Le 15” project.

Initiated by the SCOP LICA, the "15" is an inclusive third place project open to its district mixing very eclectic populations in the center of Marseille. It is intended to collectively build and experiment with projects dedicated to societal, digital and ecological transitions. A press conference hosted by Claire Demaison and Jerome Gonzalez in the presence of local elected officials was held in early February in the 17th century bastide, nestled in lush greenery in the heart of the Chutes-Lavie district.
