BBLM advises the Minelli brand in its sale to the consortium of companies DS Invest, Mes Demoiselles and Union Brothers chosen as buyer by the Marseille commercial court by judgment of January 8, 2024.

By judgment of January 8, 2024, the Marseille commercial court delivered its deliberations and appointed the buyers of Minelli, following the hearing examining the takeover offers in a transfer plan of December 8, 2023 as part of Minelli's legal recovery procedure.

The court validated the takeover offer made by the group of companies DS Invest, Mes Demoiselles and Union Brothers and thus allows the Minelli brand to continue to exist through the takeover of 187 employees, 39 branch stores, 8 corners in department stores, 16 affiliated stores, the brand and the stock, as well as the takeover of 26 employees of the service company SMC Services, a company belonging to the same group providing support functions.

This takeover should allow Minelli to maintain its place in the world of know-how and high-end fashion. The consortium made up of the three companies will form a new company, “Maison MINELLI”, which will carry out the acquired activity.

In this operation, Minelli was advised by the firm BBLM Avocats, with Bernard Bouquet and Thomas Gagossian, partners, and the firm Veil Jourde, with Eugénie Amri, partner on the restructuring aspects.
