Matthieu joined BBLM Avocats in April 2022 after having worked for several years in Anglo-Saxon law firms in Paris.

Matthieu mainly works in the area of corporate taxation. He assists his clients, in a national or international context, on the tax aspects of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and LBO operations as well as on all aspects of tax litigation and asset taxation.
