Gilles has solid experience in commercial dispute resolution, including litigation. He also practices other dispute resolution methods, more particularly inter-company mediation after having been trained by the Paris Center for Mediation and Arbitration.
Gilles has been assisting and advising leading French banks for over twenty years. He intervenes in the management of their day-to-day litigation but more particularly in strategic litigation involving the liability of these financial institutions.
Finally, he assists many foreigners in their project to settle and invest in real estate in France. As such, for twenty years he has developed a range of services around the practice of family office and offers advice and support at the exclusive service of families with a set of skills organized internally or outsourced.
He was a member of the Council of the Order from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Aix Marseille (Master II "Specialty Banking Procedures and Market of Professionals” and Master II “Banking Law and Asset Operations”).
