Isabelle has more than 15 years of experience in corporate law. She usually intervenes in the field of transmission and restructuring of groups of companies and more particularly in capital investment operations.
For several years, it has developed a particular skill in trust engineering, in collaboration with players in the sector (bankers and trustees) and the assistance of a team dedicated to this technique.
With this experience, she regularly works in these areas for the University of Aix Marseille III as a temporary teacher.
