Isabelle has over 15 years of experience in corporate law. She is generally involved in the field of transfer and restructuring of groups of companies, more particularly in private equity.

For several years, she has developed specific skill in trust engineering, working with the industry players (bankers and trustees) and with the assistance of a team dedicated to this technique.

Building on this experience, she is a regular part-time lecturer in these fields for the University of Aix Marseille III.
