Rémy mainly intervenes in the prevention and treatment of business difficulties. He also handles litigation related to insolvency proceedings.

Rémy advises debtors, creditors and investors in the takeover of companies in difficulty. He also works regularly alongside administrators or legal representatives in the context of prevention, safeguard, recovery or judicial liquidation proceedings. Finally, he acts on behalf of managers in the context of liability or sanction actions.

Rémy GOMEZ joined BBLM as a partner in January 2015 after having worked in the Department restructuring of the firm Willkie Farr in Paris.
