Education

Maîtrise (4-year degree) in Business Law, University of Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris I

Rémy is mainly involved in preventing and dealing with business difficulties. He also handles litigation related to insolvency proceedings.

Rémy advises debtors, creditors and investors on the takeover of companies facing difficulties. He also regularly works alongside administrators and court-appointed receivers (mandataires judiciaires) in preventive, safeguard, reorganization and liquidation proceedings. In addition, he acts on behalf of managers in actions for liability or sanctions.

Rémy GOMEZ joined BBLM as a partner in January 2015, having previously worked in the Restructuring Department of Willkie Farr in Paris.
