In 2022, the Kereis brokerage group completed the acquisition of Caassure, a company operating in the field of individual borrower insurance from Delta Assurances.
The latter was supported in this sale by BBLM Avocats with Fabien de Saint-Seine, partner, and Jean-Christophe Alezard, counsel, in M&A.
The Kereis group is thus strengthening its borrower insurance distribution activity and in particular from its BtoC angle.
